摘要
首次报道了3,4-二甲氧基,4'-硝基芪(MOMONS)化合物具有倍频效应。用粉末法测得其有效倍频系数d_(eff)为0.2~3倍d_(KDP)。用坩埚下降法生长出MOMONS单晶体,并用直接法解出了它的结构。从晶体结构讨论了MOMONS晶体的性能。
The frequency doubling effect of MOMONS(3,4-methoxy,4'-nitrostilbene)compound is reported for the first time. The SHG intensity was measured by powder technique. The result show that nonlinear optics coefficient(d_(eff))of MOMONS compound are 0.2~3times as large as the d_(KDP),and its dependent on the different particle size. The MOMONS crystals have been grown from the melt by the Bridgman method.The structure and nonlinear optics properties of MOMNS crystals are investigated.
