摘要
万安水电站厂房型式为河床式。主厂房安装单机容量为10万千瓦的机组4台,另预留一台机组位置。厂房全长197米,最大高度73.85米,顺水流向宽74.25米。由于万安厂房施工中采用错缝设封闭块等措施,提高了混凝土质量,减小了温度应力,有效地防止了裂缝的发生。在已浇的35.67万立方米混凝土中,厂房和安装间发现26条裂缝,90%为表面浅层裂缝。实践证明,万安水电站厂房设计和施工中采取的各种措施是有效的,提高了施工进度,改善了工程质量。
Wan'an Hydropower Plant is located in river channel.In the main powerhouse 4 hydrogenerator sets with a unit capacity of 100 MW have been installed and for an additional hydrogenerator set the installation space is reserved.The powerhouse is of overall length 190 m and 74.25 m as the width in the direction of flow,with maximum height of 73.85 m.Since alternate joints and closure blocks were set up in concrete construction of the powerhouse, the quality of concrete was upgraded and the temperature stresses were decreased.Therefore cracking was effectively controlled.In 356 700 m3 of concrete placed in the powerhouse and installation shop,only 26 cracks have been found of which 90% are of shallow surface cracks.The engineering practice has proved that all measures taken in the design and construction of the powerhouse of Wan'an Hydropower Plant are effective,They sped up the project schedule and upgraded engineering quality.
