摘要
该系统是对大坝安全监测中各种电测仪器实施自动化采集与管理的软件系统。系统用户界面友好,操作方便。包括例行采集、选择采集、建数据库、填改数据、输入输出、测值计算、系统管理及其它功能等八大部分。该系统除提供了日常性的采集外,还提供了为特殊目的服务的采集形式,如为研究船闸充泄水对船闸基础的变形影响及监测洪水期的大坝运行性状而设置的实时连续性的采集形式;能对各种自动化采集到的数据及非自动化采集到的数据进行可靠性检验、管理及必要的归算,以多种形式输出反映大坝运行性状的监测量,系统的建立过程简单,并能对各种自动化仪器进行标定。该系统已成功地安装在湖南东江大坝及江西万安大坝等水利枢纽上。系统的应用表明自动化观测的精度高,周期短。
This system is a software one having the dam safety monitoring's various electric instruments automatically gathering data and managing, including routine gathering, optional gathering, database initialization, datum modifying, input, output, and calculation of observed values. Besides daily acquisition, the system can provide various special acquisition forms for certain applications such as real time successive gathering form for studying the effect of shiplock's water filling and emptying on its foundation deformation and for monitoringa dam's operating behaviour during flood period. By means of this system, the reliability verification, management, and necessary generalizing calculation may be made on various dataof automatically and non-automatically gathering; the output of observed values indicatingthe dam's operating behaviour may be conducted in every variety of form; and the calibrations may be also made on various automatic instruments. Set up of the system is simple, user interface friendly,and operating convenient. The system has been successfully applied tothe Dongjiang Project in Hunan Province and the Wan'an Project in Jiangxi Province. Applications show that the system has advantages of high accuracy and short cycle time.
