摘要
在低温混凝土的生产中,广泛采用连续风冷骨料,而连续风冷骨科系统的设计一般是以倒仓冷却方式的试验为依据,因此误差较大。“等温差”试验法从热传导的基本理论出发,根据试验与生产的冷却过程相似性,建立了相应的数学模型,给出了骨料降温速度A的明确表达式。设计时可通过该公式找到适合连续风冷骨科实际生产的最优方案。
In production of low temperature concrete, the continuously air-cooled aggregate is widely used, and its design is generally on the basis of the experimental results by conventional method, resulting in comparatively large error. Starting from the essential heat conduction theory, the mathematical model of the equal temperature difference experiment method for air-cooled aggregate is established, and definite expression of the aggregate's temperature drop speed, A,is given out , according to the cooling process similarity between experiment and production. With this expression, the optimum scheme may be designed for actual production of the continuously air-cooled aggregate.
