1994年陕北地区淤地坝水毁情况调查

Investigation of Silt Arrester Failures in North Shannxi Province in 1994

１９９４年７、８月间，陕北不少地方遭受特大暴雨袭击，一大批淤地坝和水库被洪水冲坏，一些库坝出现险情。经陕西省水利厅及有关人员深入灾区进行调查，这次被洪水冲垮和局部冲坏的淤地坝共７０００多座，冲毁坝地３２００ｈｍ２，给群众生产、生活带来一定困难。但淤地坝在暴雨洪水中也发挥了抗洪、拦泥、淤地作用，新淤坝地４０００多公顷，扣除水毁坝地后，又新增坝地１２００多公顷。文中就水毁原因进行了分析，并对今后搞好淤地坝工作提出了一些意见。

great number of silt arresters and reservoirs were destroyed while some others were exposed to risks in many areas stricken by catastrophic rainstorms.As extensively investigated by Shannxi Conservancy Department and those concerned.a total of more than 7000 silt arresters was destroyed or partly destroyed, which destroyed 3200 ha silted land and put the local residents in a difficult position. However.the silt arresters did play a role in flood control,silt detention and land accretion.A total of more than 4000 ha was created.i.e.the land area is increased by 1200 ha with the destroyed land deducted.While analyzing the cause of such failure of silt arresters,the paper contributes some improvements.
