三门峡水电站中央控制室的改造

摘要 三门峡水电站中央控制室改造工程主要内容有:拆除原苏联产PK-I型中央控制盘15面,安装信号返回屏17面、控制台12个、直流屏两面;敷设电缆20km,查对线8000多根,拆接线头23000多个,转移控制单元37个,转移电缆23O多根;对全厂发变电控制信号单元进行了全面转移。此次改造的原因有两个方面:一是为了满足枢纽扩建机组的要求,二是为了解决中控室自身存在的问题,如盘内电器元件老化、图纸与设备不符、无法适应电厂计算机监控等。本文简要叙述了该工程的设计、施工和试验情况,并对改造工程中的经验教训进行了总结。 entral control house improvement of Sanmen Gorge Hydropower Station is comprised several sectors: remove 15 central PK-I consoles that were produced by former USSR: install 17 sets ofsignal returning screen. 12 new consoles, 2 direct current screens, build cable of 20 km; checkmore than 8. 000 eletric wires and rejoin more than 23, 000 wires; transfer 37 control units. 230 cables, and make full shift of all generating and transformation signal control units in the factory.There are two reasons for this improvement : firstly. to meet the requirement of generating unitextension: secondly, to settle existing problems of central control house, such as electric equipment and component ageing. inconsistent between blueprint and equipment, inadaptability withcomputer monitoring and control in generating factory, and so on. This paper describes the improvement design. construction and test operation, and summerises the experiences and lessonsfrom improvement.
