三门峡水电站HL(820)-LJ-550全不锈钢分瓣转轮的焊接

摘要 受运输条件限制,三门峡水电站6号机组的ZGOCr13Ni4MO全不锈钢转轮为分瓣制造,在工地组焊成整体。为严格控制焊接收缩量和焊接应力及变形,保证焊接质量,主要采取了把合水轮机主轴,限制径向和轴向变形;采用对称、分段、退步、多层、多道、小线能焊接方法;单面焊双面成型技术封底,取消碳弧气刨清根;以及层间采用锤击法消应等措施。封底焊条为A237不锈钢焊条,直径3.2mm;主焊缝焊条为M831A不锈钢焊条,直径4.0mm。焊后检查结果表明,焊缝无裂纹、无咬边现象,质量符合美国ASME标准;转轮变形小于允许值,焊接质量良好。 imited by transportation. the ZGOCr13Ni4MO rustless rotating wheel of sixth generatingunit was produced in separated vane and welded at site in Sanmen Gorge Hydropower Station.The measure of combining main shaft and limiting the axial and radial deformation to assure thewelding quality and control strictly the welding shrink and stress. Particularly welding methodsadapted are symmetric, section by section working, back moving, multi-layer, multi-line, and smallwelding. The welding rods are A237 rustless steel with diameter of 3. 2 mm for bottom seal,M831A rustless steel with diameter of 4. 0 mm for most uses. There are no any cracks and brokenedges shown in welding after careful examnation, the welding quality is met the U. S. A AMEstandard, and the deformation of rotating wheel is less than permissible value.
