本文表述既能抗御台风暴潮又能回卷波浪，集海塘、挡潮、防浪、交通、旅游多种功能于一体的两级台阶弧形组合防浪堤的设计基本点及其运用特性。
This paper describes the design essentials and operation performance of a 2-step curved breakwaterwhich is capable of resisting storm surge and swirling back the waves and combines the multiple functions of tideretention, wave protection, traffic and tourism.
