摘要
随着车辆荷重的增加,混凝士路面板厚度也相应增厚。重型飞机跑道、集装箱运载车辆行驶的地坪等,混凝土道面板的厚度常达50cm以上,若应用传统的弹性地基与薄板理论设计,势必有较大的误差。为了节省混凝土材料,空心混凝土道面板已在某些工程中使用。今后发展公路集装箱运输,公路上亦将有此种堆场的建设。作者采用有限棱柱半分析法,分析了弹性地基空心厚板的力学特性。并对边界问题,地基支承及荷载条件等提出了处理方法,编有计算机程序并通过大型模型板静载试验验证。
The calculated pavement thicknessis becoming thicker with the increasing of vehicle load. As the result, for some projects, such as airport runway for Lenvy craft and container yard, the thickness of pavement may be thicker than 50 cm giving serious error, For saving concrete material, the hollow, concrete plate pavement has been introduced into plactice which may also be an altenative to the prospective container yard construction in highway transport. The authors adopt finite prism semi-analysis method to solve the problem of a pavement with thick hollow plate on elastic foundation and unique technigue on the boundary condition, foundation support and load conditions have been proposed with computer program PAPFPM developed. The results of a large model test. showed that PAPFPM and the design method are correct and applicable.
