路面水泥混凝土发展方向的探讨——引气、减少用水量、高强度碾压混凝土和质量检测技术 被引量:1

摘要 我国路面水泥混凝土的主要发展方向是:1.大力推广引气混凝土,以适量引气改善施工和易性和耐久性;2.适当提高抗压强度的要求,以提高抗磨性,延长路面使用年限,减少维修费用;3.降低并限制路面混凝土的单位用水量以减少收缩和裂缝,在提高质量的前提下节约水泥;4.研究采用用水量少、水灰比低的高强度碾压混凝土。同国外相比,目前我国路面碾压混凝土的质量尚有差距;5.加强路面混凝土的质量控制,研究、采用混凝土质量检测技术。 It is noted in this paper the trend of the development of cement concrete for pavement in China tends to be 1) popularizing with great effort properly air entrained concrete to improve the workability and durability; 2) enhancing the requirement of compression strength for higher wearing capacity, longer life and lower maintenance cost; 3) reducing and restricting the unit water content used in concrete pavement to diminish shrinkage and cracking, and to save the amount of cement used, at the premise of enhancing quality; 4) that research will be adopted for high strength rolled concrete with low water content and low water-cement ratio, but at present, there is yet a qualitative variance as compared with foreign countries; and 5) emphasizing qualitative control by the improvement of quality control technique.
