本文介绍平交路口车流被阻概率的概念和计算方法,应用被阻概率计算信号配时和进口车道上排队车数的原理方法,并给出计算实例和用计算机计算的程序框图。

In this article, the conception and counting method of the obstructed probability of traffic flow on intersections, and the principle and method of counting of signal timing and queue length by the obstructed probability are presented. There are an example showing the application of this method and the program flow chart in this article.
