摘要 从加工工艺出发,探讨了糠醛精制、加氢补充精制、白土补充精制、酸精制、馏分切割等对大庆50OSN基础油组成及氧化安定性的影响,得出了大庆500SN基础油氧化安定性差的原因为硫含量低、氮含量及极性化合物含量高的结论。在此基础上,进一步考察及验证了各单独组分的作用,并将组分与氧化安定性进行了关联,得到各组分的影响大小秩序为:碱性氮化物>硫化物>胶质>饱和烃>芳烃。为改善大庆50OSN基础油的氧化安定性,将王场高流油与其进行调合,并探索了溶剂改性及吸附精制一加氢再生两种新工艺。 In this paper we discussed the influence of processing technologies such as furfural refining, hydrofinishing, clay treating and distillate fractionation on the components and oxidation stability of Daqing 5ooSN base oil, and come to the conclusion that the main causes of the bad oxidation stability are the high nitrogen,high polar-compounds and low sulphur contents. It has been found that the order of influence of every compound is: basic nitrogen > sulphur>resin > saturated hydrocarbon > aromatic hydrocarbon. Moreover, theeffect of every compound has been verified. For improving the oxidation stability, add the Wangchang high sulphur content distillation oil to the Daqing 500SN base oil used. Two new processing technologies, modified solvent extraction and absorption refining-hydrotreating regeneration processes were developed
