含超细PTFE粉润滑油摩擦磨损特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 在四球试验机上研究了含超细聚四氟乙烯粉(平均粒径在lμm左右)的润滑油摩擦磨损特性。结果表明加入1w%的超细聚四氟乙烯粉即可改善20号机械润滑油的抗磨减摩性能。这种作用效果的发挥依赖于摩擦时间。文中测试了含有超细PTFE粉的抽样随着时间的延长浓度的变化,并对其润滑机理作了初步的探讨。 The characteristics of friction and wear of lubricant oil containing superfine PTFE powder (average diameter was about 1 μm) were evaluated using a MPX- 200 four ball tester in this paper. The results showed that superfine PTFE powder equal to 1. 0w% of lubricant oil could improve the characteristics of friction and wear of 20# machine oil. The lubricating effects of PTFE additive depended on the test time. The variations of concentration of oil sample containing superfine PTFE powder with time and the lubricating mechanism of superfine PTFE powder was discussed superficially
