QH-1型扁环填料用于润滑油酚精制的研究和实践

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF QH-1 TYPE OBLATE RING PACKING TO LUBE PHENOL REFINING

对上海炼油厂1号酚精制装置进行了改造，采用新开发的QH－1型扁型填料，经1年半运转证明，装置的处理能力、精制收率大大提高，能耗下降，具有很大的经济效益。

Using new-developed QH-1 type oblate ring packing,a remake has been finished on No. 1 phenol refining unit in Shanghai Refinery. Having run for one and half years,the result showed that the process capacity and yield were improved,and the energy consumption was decreased. It has a large economical benefit
