齿面润滑技术研究

Research on Lubricating Technology of Tooth Surfaces

本文通过一系列模拟试验全面分析对齿面润滑性能的诸多影响因素:齿轮设计、磨合技术、润滑油选择(或研制)、齿面润滑系统结构及供油参数调整等。同时,文中也介绍了模拟试验方法。

A lot of influential factors on the lubricating performance of the tooth surfaces are analysed comprehensively -with a series of simulation experiments in this paper.These factors consist of the design of gear,the running-in technology,selecting or developing of the gear oil,the type of structure and adjusting of the parameter of oil supply which all belong to the lubricating system of tooth sur faces, etc. Furthermore, the method of simulation experiment is presented and correct selecting of the parameters which are used as evaluating the lubricating performance of gear is briefed also in this paper.
