摘要
本文用四球机评定了三烷基磷酸酯络钛(Ⅲ)(简称Ti(Ⅲ)TAP)的抗磨特性,并与三烷基磷酸酯进行了比较,结果认为Ti(Ⅲ)TAP的摩擦学性能比TAP更好。同时用红外差示光谱、显微红外反射光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能量散射谱(EDX)和分析铁谱研究了其抗磨作用机理。
Tribological behaviors of Titanium (Ⅲ) chelate Trialkylphosphate ( Ti(Ⅲ)TAP)have been estimated by four-ball testers in this paper. Results show that Ti(Ⅲ)TAP is Superior to TAP about load capacity, antiwear and friction-reducing. Their action mechanism are researched by FTIR, reflection micro-FTIR, ferrography, SEM and EDX.
