摘要
本文从微乳化液形成机理入手,分析了解决乳液腐败问题的对策,把生物稳定材料引入配方,制成了生物稳定的微乳化液,使水溶性切削液实现了多功能、长寿命、高效益。
This article introduces the formation of micro-emulsifing fluids and analyses the solution for the deterioration of emulsifying fluids. It introduces biosta ble materials into formulation of biostable microemulsifying fluids, so as to obtain multi-function, long-life and high efficient water-soluble cutting fluids.
