method for the determination of high energy nucleotide′s metabolites of rabbit′s heart tissue by RP-HPLC with UltrasphereTM-C18 column at 254nm was established.The CVs were 1.4～8.8%。 The lowest de-tection limits were 6.25ng.This method is sensitive,reliable and suitable for the determination of nucleotide and it′s metabolites。
