摘要
利用线性小孔薄层板提高了铁硫原子簇配合物难分物质对的分高度,运用单向多次展开技术提高了难分物质对的△Rf值,还研究了铁硫原子簇配合物结构和薄层色谱性能的关系。
he separation of organic Fe- S cluster complexes by thin-layer chromatography has been realized, by us-ing the small hole linear technique,which increases thin-layer chromatographic resolution,The △Rf values were obviously increased by applying the multiple development method to separate the complexes in thiswork. The deviations between the observed △Rf values and those obtained from Perry formula were -0.04~0.The substituent effect on s or carbon-carbon double bond was studied also。
