n order to calculate the increment of specific rotation conveniently,we present an analytical method forthe synthesis of chiral alcohols,in which the GC assay combined with the determination of specific rotationboth for inductor and product before and after the reaction is performed. By means of this method.the effectof enantioselective autoinduction of chiral compounds has been observed successfully。
