综述了国家色谱研究分析中心在气相色谱专家系统方面的进展，着重于色谱分离模式的推荐、气相色谱柱系统的推荐、气相色谱操作条件的最佳化、气相色谱在线定性定量分析四个方面；列举了在石化部门和环境监测中气相色谱专家系统应用的大量成功实例，以说明软件的实用性。

dvances in Expert System on Gas Chromatography in National Chromatographic R.&A. Center ofChina are reviewed with more than 45 references in this paper, focusing especially on recommendation ofchromatographic separation mode, recommendation of gas chromatographic column systems,optimizationn ofgas chromatographic column temperatures,on-line identification and quantitative analysis of gas chromatog-raphy.The applications of expert system on gas chromatography in petrochemical and environmental fieldsare given to show the software utility. The expert system can be used to define the column systems and col-umn conditions of gas chromatographic analysis and carry out on-line analysis. The prediction accuracy isgenerally adequate for the purpose of method development,±1.7%in retentionn times.
