Study on the Development of Forest Engineering Enterprise of Collective Forest Area of Southern Part of China

本文对集体林区森工企业木材采购站的前途、出路任务进行了分析讨论,认为其任务是改善劳动组织,提高劳动生产率;完善企业机构,开拓企业发展之路;强化经营网络,提高企业经济效益。其出路是改变收购经营型为直接生产经营型;保护企业自身利益,推进集约化经营,改变单一木材经营形式,发展多种经营。

The paper analyses and discusses the future of the wood purchasing stations of forest engineering enterprises of collective forest area. The task, is to improve labor organization, raise labor productivity, improve enterprise organization, develop enterprise, strengthen operating network and raise economic profit of enterprise. The hope of the wood purchasing stations is to change their operating style into direct producing-operating style, protect the benefit of enterprise, raise intensive farming, change single wood operating style and develop diversification.
