摘要
本文回顾了渤海石油公司对各项投资管理的情况。分析了投资管理中存在的问题。最后提出了作者的建议,可供有关部门参考。
This paper reviews a investment management of all the engineering project of BOC and points out the problems existing. The writer's viewpoint is described. Proposals for the improvement of the investment management is also given for each department for their reference.
