导管架加工设计管理

DESIGN MANAGEMENT FOR JACKET FABRICATION

导管架由于长期处于海洋中,风、浪、流、冰等环境条件十分恶劣,因此,制造质量要求十分严格。导管架加工设计主要包括计算和绘图两部分。本文以SZ36-1A导管架工程为实例,具体介绍了加工设计的主要内容和流程,以及加工设计的组织和管理,具有一定实用价值。

Jacket fabrication quality is required to be critical in that jackets are subject ed to long-term action of the wind,the waves,the tidal current and ice on them in harsh offshore environmental conditions. Jacket fabrication design includes mainly making calculations and drawings. SZ 36-1 jacket engineering is taken for a real example in this paper which gives concreate introduction to main contents and sequence, fabrication organization and management for the fabrication design.
