摘要
本文通过实例总结了采用喷镀工艺修复涡磁刹车的经验;介绍了旧刹车的损坏情况和对修复的要求,选用的喷镀材料和喷镀工艺,以及修复工艺和注意事项;井对修复后刹车的使用情况做了分析。
Using the spring-plating tecnnology, the article by way of example, sums up the experience in restoring the vortex-magnetic brake.It introduces something about the damage of the old brake and requirments for recovering as well as the selected spray-plating material and technology. The article dose not only point out the repairing technology but also analyse the brake performance after it was repaired.
