摘要
用高铝质或钛酸铝质结合剂,以合成钛酸铝、莫来石为骨科,配制的两个系列耐火材料,都具有较好的综合性能。试制的330×330×10~15mm窑具。经隧道窑试用效果良好。试验证明,该材料是一种抗热震性优良的新型高温窑具材料。
Both series of refractories produced by using aluminum or aluminum titanate as abinder and synthesized aluminum titanate and mullite as a aggragate have better comprehen-sive properties, After trial use of them in tunnel kiln firing porcelain, the kiln furniture of 330×330×10~15mm shows good effect. The test proves that they are new and high tempera-ture materials for kiln furniture which possess excellent thermal shock resistance.
