摘要
半导体发光、光敏器件的特性受温度影响较大,常成为光学式传感器的一大误差来源。本文介绍的光电转换电路,适于模拟式光学传感器。在-20℃至100℃之间,可使传感器的光电转换输出随温度变化小于±0.1%。
The character of semiconductor LED and optic-electric converters is in fluented greatly by temperature. This often becomes a considerable error source of optical sensors.The circuit here introduced is suitable to analogue optic sensors. It can reduce the output difference by a limit of ± 0.1% in a temp interval from -20℃ to +100℃.
