苏云金杆菌SD－5菌株晶体蛋白的研究

STUDIES ON THE PARASPORAL CKYSTAL PROTEIN OF BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS SD-5

研究了ＳＤ－５菌株伴孢晶体结构多肽组成和抗原特性，分析了氨基酸组成并进行了糖蛋白的检测．结果表明：ＳＤ－５晶体蛋白主含Ｍｗ１３５０００、Ｍｗ６５０００两条多肽，另见有－Ｍｗ２４００００的弱带，不同方法处理的样品，电泳图谱有一定差异；ＳＤ－５晶体蛋白抗血清与其晶体抗原形成两条沉淀线，而与７２１６、ＨＤ－１形成一条沉淀线；ＳＤ－５晶体蛋白由１８种氨基酸组成，不含糖蛋白成分．

Through studying the structural polypeptide and antigen property of parasporalcrystal protein of SD-5,analysing its amino acid component ,and examing the sugaryprotein,wegot the following resuIts :The crystal protein of SD-5 contains mainly two polypeptides of Mw135 000 and Mw65 000;There were some differences in SDS-PAGE between the samples treatedwith different methods;The antiserum against crystal protein of SD-5 formed two precipitatinglines whenit reacted with the antigen of crystal protein of SD-5 ,but only one respectively with7216 and HD-1;The crystal protein of SD-5 contains 18 species of amino acid and had no sug-aryproteIn in it.
