摘要
本文通过实验结果证实了扩散反应模型,证实了Fick扩散定律可推广用于有表面反应的金属氧化物多孔材料中,支持了以兰缪-享希尔伍德机理和传感理论为基础建立起来的扩散反应电导气敏响应的理论.提出了一种通过气敏电导现象的观测和分析来研究表面化学物理有关问题的方法.还就密闭测试室的过冲驰豫现象进行了分析讨论.
A diffusion reaction model is proved out by the experimental results. It is show that Fick Law can be used in metal oxide polycrystalline and porous semiconductor materials which have surface reactions. Therefore,this supports the theory of diffusion reaction of electronic gas sensing response which bases on Langmuir-Hinsbelwood mechanism and transducing,theory. A method with measuring and analyzing gas sensing conductance is presented out to investigate some problems of surface chemical physics. Also,the overshoot-delay phenomonon of packing measuring room is analyzed.
