摘要
通过对Fe-Cr-Ni合金电刷镀层的结构、结合力、硬度和耐蚀性的测试,探讨了热处理对该合金镀层结构性能的影响.试验结果表明,经1050℃固溶处理可使镀层结构由镀态的微晶体+非晶态结构转变为γ单相结构,使镀层的结合力和耐蚀性都有提高.镀层的硬度随热处理温度的升高呈山形变化,温度为400℃时,硬度由镀态时的HV450增至HV940(最大值),故有利于提高镀层的耐磨性.
Through determination of structure,combined strength,hardness and corrossion resistance of Fe-Cr-Ni alloy brush electroplating layer,effects of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the alloy plating layer are explored in this paper. It has been shown from testing results that through solid solution treatment at 1050℃,the plating layer structure of micro-crystal+non-crystalline at the plating states may be caused to transform to γ monophase structure,and the combined strength and corrosion resistance are raised. The plating layer hardness varies as a moutain shaped curve with heat treatment temperature,at 400℃,it would be raised to the maximum value of HV940 from HV450 at the plating states.Therefore,heat treatment can effectively improve the wear resistance of the plating layer.
