合同管理是项目管理中一项十分重要的内容。本文根据海洋平台制造公司的合同管理实践,总结了合同管理工作流程;对合同管理的内容、组织机构和部门的责任做了阐述,这对提高管理人员水平是有益的。
The Contract Control is one of the very important project managements. Based on the managerial pratice, the article sums up the process of contract control. The contents of the contract control, its organization and duty for various sections are also discussed. It is useful to increase the level of managerial personels concerned.
