摘要
基于材料力学基本试验方法和正交试验原理,编制了用于中频热推弯管工艺参数——加热温度和推制速度优化设计的微机程序,并将其成功地应用于生产。
Based on the orthogonal experiment principle and the experiment method of material mechanics, a microcomputer programme to decide the two technological parameters the heating temperature and the pushing velocity of medium frequency induction heated pushing bending tubes is developed on personal computers which has been put into engineering application success fully. The programme and the method provide reliable materials for the design of the controlling system of heating temperature and pushing velocity, which is undertaking.
