摘要
采用单向4次展开薄层色谱技术,对大气微粒样品中的苯并[a]芘进行了分离,用荧光薄层扫描法进行定量测定,平均回收率为102.6%,CV=1.10%(n=3)
The benzopyrene in lithometeor was separated by thin layer chromatography with four times development in one direction, and was determined by the method of fluorimetric thin layer chromatography scanning. The average recovery was 102.6%, CV =1.10% ( n=3 )。
