摘要
根据建筑企业的规模和运营特点，对其经济效益的相对评价，引入了聚类分析理论及其数据处理方法，对于相差悬殊的数量级，设其为无可比性的“异质”问题，进一步对不同的质用不同的方法解决。这样可以避免过去惯用的总分法。
According to characteristic of scale and management for a construction company, This paper evaluotes its economic benefit by the theory of cluster analysis and the mcthod of data processing, When there is a wide gap between one economic indicator and another economic indicator in amount level, let it a non comparision 'foreign quality'.Thus different methods can be used to solve different 'foreign quality' problems. So that, it is possible to avoid making things complicated, which the traditional approach does, such as the total fraction method, the wighted average method, ect. Those methods have subjective factors.
