电荷在电磁场中的受力在不同参考系中表达形式不同，有时表现为电场力，有时表现为磁场力，有时则是电场力和磁场力同时存在．
In electric and magnetic field, the express form that force act on charge is not alike in different reference frame. Sometimes only the electric force exists, sometines only the magnetic force exists, andsometimes the electric force and magnetic force exist at the same time. This arcticle discusses that thecomparatively of electric force and magnetic force.
