摘要
本文以边界元法为基础，导出结构荷载效应特征函数算式，提出一种新的可靠度计算方法——随机边界无法．从算例表明，应用本文方法分析和求解复杂工程结构的可靠度时，具有程序实施简便，计算精度高等优点．
Based on the boundaty element method, the characteristic function of structural load effects is derived in this paper. We put forward a new method for analysis structural reliability- stochastic boundary element method. The computed'examples are shown that by means of this method analyze and solvethe reliabilities of complex Engineering structures, saves computer times and has accuracy.
