宫颈癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的分析

THE ANALYSIS OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD T LYMPH CYTE SUBSETS IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER

应用OKT单抗以间接免疫荧光法对29例晚期宫颈癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行了研究。结果表明:与正常人相比,患者的总T细胞和辅助性T细胞(TH细胞)均明显减少,抑制性T细胞(TS细胞)明显增多,TH/TS细胞比值显著降低。患者经放疗后,其T淋巴细胞及各亚群均减少,但以TS细胞减少较甚。TH/TS细胞比值虽有增高,但远未恢复正常。本研究证明宫颈癌患者具有T淋巴细胞亚群的紊乱,患者的免疫系统受抑制。本文尚说明在放疗的同时加用免疫疗法是有其理论根据的。

Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in 29 cases of patients with advanced cervical cancer were determined by the use of indirect fluorescent technic of OKT monoclonal antibodies- The results showed that, as compared with normal contuiols, total T cells and helper T cells (TH cell) in patients were fewer (P<0.001) and suppressor T cells (Ts cell) were more (P<0.005). So TH/TS cell ratio decreased significantly (P<0.001) we found that T lymphocyte and its subsets in patients received radiotherapy decreased significantly, and the number of TS cell was even much lower as compared to patients without radiotherapy. TH/TS cell ratio in patients after radiotherapy was elevated but it didn't reach the normal level. Our studies proved that patients with cervical cancer have disturbances of T lymphocyte subsets and their immune systems are suppressed. Our studies also support the view of the rationality of administration of immunotherapy to patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy.
