摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法测定了三年生新红星苹果树梢尖年生长周期中内源生长素(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)的含量变化。苹果梢内IAA含量在一年中相应于春、秋梢旺长有两次高峰,峰值春季高于秋季。ABA含量在新梢旺长时最低,随新梢生长减缓呈上升趋势,于新梢停长时达一高峰。秋季落叶,伴随以ABA含量的剧烈增加,IAA/ABA比值于新梢旺长时最高,冬季休眠时最低。
Annual variation of IAA and ABA contents in shoot tips were studied onthree-year-old potted Starkrimson apple with HLPC. There were two peaks of IAA contents in a year, the first peak appeared when the spring shoot was growing rapidly and thesecond appeared in autumn as the shoot was growing rapidly, the peak value in spring washigher than that in autumn. The content of ABA was the lowest when shoot was growingrapidly, but it increased while the shoot growth rate was decreasing, an,d finally it reachedpeak when shoot growth stopped. The content of ABA increased rapidly with leaves fallingin autumn. The ratio of IAA / ABA was the highest in the fast growing shoot and it wasthe lowest in dormant winter period.
