摘要
在27℃恒温和80%相对湿度条件下,大草蛉胚胎发育的全历期为70~80h。根据其胚胎形态特征可将整个发育期分为5个发育阶段:早期发育阶段、胚带伸长阶段、胚胎缩短阶段、胚胎再伸长及背合阶段、胚胎成熟阶段。4种杀虫剂对大草蛉胚胎发育前期(10h)、中期(30h)、和后期(60h)的杀卵试验表明:4种杀虫剂的杀卵作用均随胚胎发育时间的增加而提高,其中以功夫菊酯的杀卵作用最强,其次为灭多威、久效磷,抗蚜威的杀卵作用最弱。
The period required for the whole embryonic development of Chrysopa seplempunctata(Wesmael), at 27℃ constant temperature and 80% relative humidity, is about seventy to eighty hours. Accoding to the morphological feature of the embryo, the whole period can be divided into five developmental stages including the early developmental stage: the germ band expanding stage; the embryo contracting stage; the embryo's further expanding and dorsal closure stage; and the embryo maturing stage. The experamental results of four insecticides which killed eggs at its earlier stage (10h), middle stage (30h) and later stage (60h) of embryonic development show that the egg-killing effect of four insecticides is increasing with the development of the embryo, of the four,Cyhalothrin is the most effective one, Methomyl and Monocrotopho are, less effective and Pirmicarb is the least effective.
