摘要
选择体重年龄相近,经产大尾寒羊空怀母羊12只,随机分成3组,每组4只,分别按NRC(1978)推荐绵羊维持代谢能需要量的120%,100%和80%供给。通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验及气体能量代谢试验等方法测得:大尾寒羊空怀母羊的干物质日采食量平均值为804g,代谢能日进食量为8445kJ,能量表现消化率为69.87%,代谢率为86.13%,甲烷能占总能进食量(GEI)的8.00%。试验还测得,空怀母羊在维持饲养条件下的CO2排出量和O2耗量分别为15.71和18.52l/kgw ̄(0.75).d,呼吸商为0.849,畜体总产热为370kJ/kgw ̄(0.75).d。研究还表明,大尾寒羊空怀母羊的维持净能、维持代谢能和维持消化能需要量分别为309.6、392和455kJ/kgw ̄(0.75).d,维持效率(km)为0.788,热增耗(HI)为83kJ/kgw(0.75).d,占GEI的10.49%。
Twelve fat-rump sheep was divided randomly into 3 groups which consist of 4 each,and fed with 3 levels of metabolizable energy(120,100 and 80% of recomended content of NRC(1978)).The study of energy utilization rule,feeding trail digestion energy and metabolism experiment,gas and metabolism experiment showed that the average intake of dry matter(DMI)was 804 gram per day.The intake of metabolizable energy(MEI) was 8445 kJ per day.The apparent digestibility of energy was 69.78% and the metabolic rate was 86.13%.Menthance energy was 8.0% of gross energy intake.The volume of the oxygen consumed and the carbon dioxide given off in respiration of the sheep quotient were 18.52 and 15.71 liters,respectively,the respiratory quotient(rq) was 0.849,and the heat produced was 371 kJ/kgw0.75.d.From all experiments we can get the net energy,metabolizable energy and digestibility energy for maintenance of the sheep were 309.6,392 and 455 kJ/kgw0.75.d.The efficiency of utiliztion for maintenance was 0.788.Heat increment(HI) was 99.6 kJ/kgw0.75.d.
