摘要
本文利用反向流动注射分析法(rFIA)对Fe(Ⅱ)-CAS-TritonX-100-HDMAA显色体系进行了显色条件、流路参数等的优化研究。测得采样频率为90次/小时,体系的测量波长为660nm,测量的线性范围为0~1.6μg/mlFe(Ⅱ),检测限为0.002μg/ml。用本法测定了水质标样、油田注水、自来水样中的痕量铁,结果令人满意。
Colour conditions and flow path parameters have been optimized in Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-Triton X-100-HDMAA system by reverse flow injection analysis(rFIA). The measuringwavelength is 660 nm. The linear range is 0-0.6 μg/ml iron(Ⅲ)with a detection limit of0.002μg/ml injection rate is 90/h. The amount of the total iron in standard water sample,the tap water in Beijng and the water filled in the oil well in Daqing oil field has been deter-mined with satisfactory results.
