摘要
本文对某化工厂Ｃ５０１压缩机故障进行了详细的机理分析，根据数据处理技术诊断出了故障原因，提出了处理故障的具体措施。停车后解体检查结果与诊断结论完全吻台，从而证明了故障诊断技术的科学性、准确性、可靠性。
This paper analyses the mechanisms of the C501 compressor faults in a chem-ical works,diagnoses,the cause of the faults according to the data recorded,and puts forwardthe measures to deal with the faults, The checking result is identical with that of the diagno-sis. It is proved that the fatilt diagnostic technique is scientific、accurate and reliable.
