摘要
本文给出了一种新的图象增强算法，它可以根据褪化图象的特点，在噪声干扰比较严重的区域，以平滑噪声为主；在图象细节较多的区域，以增加局部对比度为主，从而达到既增强图象对比度，又可抑制噪声的目的。
This paper proposes a new method of image enhancement. On the basis of de-graded image's feature,the method can not only filter noise in the area of noise disturbances,but also enhance the local contrast in the area with more image details,hence the goal of en-hancing the image contrast and controlling the noises vachieved.
