氧氟沙星滴耳液的含量测定及稳定性考察

摘要 本文用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星滴耳液中主药氧氟沙星的含量,并考察了该制剂的稳定性。实验结果表明氧氟沙星用盐酸作溶剂在紫外区有最大吸收,最大吸收波长为293nm,在测定范围内(1-8μg/ml)浓度与吸光度呈线性关系;药用辅料对浦耳液中氧氟沙星的含量测定无干扰;稳定性试验表明光、热对氧氟沙星滴耳液(pH=6-7)的含量影响不大,根据加速试验和室温留样试验可将本品有效期定为二年。 This paper deals with the determination of the content of ofloxacin in ofloxacin otic solution and studies its stability by UV spectrophotometry. The experimental results have shown that ofloxacin in HCl (0. 1 mol/L)solution has maximum absorptivity at 293nm. Good linear correlation is seen between concentrations of ofloxacin in the range of 18 μg/ml and their absorptlvity. The results of experiment of stability show that light and heat have almost no effect on ofloxacin otic Solution. The validity is two years according to the experiments of stability.
