摘要
本文首先提出设计置信区间的一种方法，然后利用非线性规划理论证明了最优置信区间应满足的条件。
The paper advances a method of designing confidence interval,then proves, according to the nonlinear programming theory,that the optimal confidence interval ought to satisfy the confidence.
