摘要
利用ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００凝胶排阻层析进行蛋白质的分肉，流速改变时，牛血清蛋白与卵清蛋白的分辨率亦随之变化。当流透达到最佳操作压下最大流速的约１／４时，具有最高分辨率。
In this paper Sephadex G -100 exclusion chromatography was used for protein seperation .The resolution of bovine serum albumin to ovalbumin chan ged as flow tate varled. There was the highestresolution when flow rate reached one fourth of the maximum folw eate for G-100 at optimum operating pressure.
