摘要
报道了山东蔷薇科（Ｒｏｓａｃｅａｅ）２２种、２变种（隶属８个属）植物花粉亚显微形态特证的研究结果。花粉的外部形态呈长球形和近长球形；具三孔沟；外壁纹饰多数种是条峪和覆盖层穿孔；少数种类只有覆盖层穿孔．条嵴不明显。花粉粒的大小，外壁纹饰的细微特征各种间差别十分显著。文中根据外壁纹饰的差别，将２４种花粉为分三个亚型：１）具条嵴和覆盖层穿孔亚型；２）外壁只有条嵴无覆盖层穿孔亚型；３）具覆盖层穿孔，条嵴不规则亚型．
Pollen sub-micronmorphology of 22 species and 2 varieties belonging to 8 gen-eras of Rosaceae were observed under Scanning Electron Micsoscope,the pollen grains of whichare prolate and subprolate,and with 3-colposate ,the exine sculptrue are lirae and tectum punc-ture,and the pollen grains size and fine morphology of exine sculpture vary with differentspecies.According to the difference of fine morphology of exine sculPture,three gubtypes are recog-nized:1.with lirae and tectum puncture on the surface of pollen;2 only with lirae on the surface ofpollen;3 with tectum puncture on the surface of pollen,lirae being irregular.
