摘要
使用光电耦合器件(简称CCD),采用数学付立叶分析法建立了测量光学系统传递函数的计算机测量装置,并对多种影响测量结果准确度的因素进行了分析和修正,测量照相机物镜的光学传递函数的结果表明有较高的准确度和重复性。
This paper applies Charge Coupled Devices(CCD) and the methods of mathemati-cal Fourier transformation,sets up a computer-apparatus measuring and optical system transferfunction. The authors analyze and correct various factors which may affect measuring accura-cy. The results measuring the OTF of photo-lens have better accuracy and repeatability.
