摘要
介绍了力学平衡模型和能量平衡模型,分析了半导体应变超晶格的临界厚度,及半导体超晶格在光电学中的应用.
Using both mechanical and energy equilibrium models,we have discussed the criti-cal layer thickness of semiconductor strained-layer superlattices. The application of several kind5of strained-layer superlattices to optoelectronics is reviewed.
