掺铅铋系超导体制备及性能研究

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION AND CHARACTERS OF BI SUPERCONDUCTOR SYSTEM CONTAING Pb

以铋、铅、锶、钙、铜的醋酸盐为原料，用溶液一凝胶法制备Ｂｉ＿（１．８５）Ｓｒ＿（１．９）Ｃａ＿２Ｃｕ＿（３．１）Ｏ＿ｙ微粉，进而制得Ｔｃ＿（ｚｅｒｏ）＝１０５Ｋ的铋系超导体，研究了制备过程最佳烧结温度和时间，并测量了所制超导体的断裂韧性和比热－温度曲线．

Bi_(1.85)Pb_(0.35) Sr_(1.9) Ca_2Cu_(3.1)Oy micropowder was prepared from Bi,Pb,Sr,Ca and Cuacetate with the dissolving condensing glue method,and the Bi superconductor system of Tc(zero )=105 K was prepared from it.The excellent sintering temperative and time , the tenacityand the specific heat-temperative curve were measured.
